Itinerary


Day 01- Hanoi Arrival

Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, welcome by our guide and transfer to your hotel. Hanoi or “River-bound City” as its name literally means is Vietnam’s capital with a thousand-year-old history dating back to 1010. The city’s fascinating beauty which is characterized by unique cultural relics, ancient streets of antique houses, elegant French colonial buildings, tree-lined boulevards and romantic lakes has made it one of the most charming cities of Asia. 

Late afternoon, visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple located on an islet in the lake. Hoan Kiem Lake is the center point of Hanoi and home to a rare endangered giant turtle species. Its name “Returned Sword” comes from a legend of a sacred sword being lent to an ancient Vietnamese King by a holy turtle from the lake and later returned to the turtle. Shop or walk at leisure in the Old Quarter of 36 ancient streets. 


Day -02 – Hanoi – Ha Long

Morning pickup at 8:00 AM from your hotel for transfer to HaLong Bay, which is about 160 km or 3.5-hour drive away. On the way, you will see some rural areas of the Red River Delta with plenty of chances to take photos of Vietnamese farmers working in paddy fields. Stop half way to visit a handicraft workshop of fine clothes and embroidered paintings. Arrive in Ha Long City at 11:30 AM and check in aboard the booked junk right after the welcome drink is served. Start cruising while having lunch on board and enjoy the mighty bay view. The bay, famous as one of the world’s wonders and heritage sites whose formation dates back 500 million years, consists of around 2,000 karst islands and islets scattered over an area of 1,553 km2. The bay cruise will continue with up close sightings of Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island, Sail Island, a visit to Sung Sot Cave and swimming stop at Titov Beach. Relax to enjoy the bay view at sunset, have dinner and spend a night on board. 

Day 03 – Halong- Hanoi 

Early risers can enjoy the splendid yet tranquil view of the bay at the crack of dawn. Breathe the sea’s fresh air, feel the morning breeze and hear the sounds of birds above. Have breakfast and cruise to visit Human head shaped island and Tortoise Island. Continue to cruise into Bai Tu Long Bay to discover the adjacent bay of “The Little Dragon Bowing to His Mother” as it is named. Have Brunch/Lunch on board while heading to shore. Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi. Evening at leisure. 

Day 04 – Hanoi – Ninh Binh 

Morning, transfer to Ninh Binh province - located 110 km from Hanoi to the South. Tam Coc - Bich Dong is a popular tourist destination near the city of Ninhbinh in northern Vietnam. Along Hoang Long River, vast limestone cliffs rising out of the rice paddies make Tam Coc somehow similar to Halong Bay, or on-land Halong Bay as described. A river trip to Tam Coc and through the three caves of Tam Coc is so wonderful for photo hunters, especially when ripping rice season is coming. Next to Tam Coc is Hoa Lu, the relics of the ancient capital of Vietnam during the 10th century. Remains of this capital town are temples dedicated to the two heroes: Dinh King and Le King who were the founders of Hoa Lu as the citadel. 

Day 05 – Hanoi Departure

After Breakfast, Free at leisure until transfer to airport for departure flight.

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms


Terms & Conditions

● A 100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets. If flight fare has increased/decreased by the time payment reaches us, then the same shall be borne by the client and the quotation would be revised accordingly.

● Please remember that all special requests like early check-in, late check-out, smoking room, non-smoking room, views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and the same cannot be guaranteed prior.

● Cost of expenses of personal nature at the place of stay, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc. not mentioned in the inclusions will have to be borne by the traveler

● For SIC (i.e. shared) transfers, please reach SIC pick up spot at least 10 minutes prior to actual timing - any delay by passengers in reporting on time may lead to loss of service and will be non-refundable

● We will not be liable for any losses incurred due to any delays made by the customer. Please ensure that you follow the itinerary as per the timings shared.

● In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly

●For meals included in the package as part of sightseeing/activity, the menu is a preset and a specific choice of meal may not be available

Terms of Booking

● 50 % advance to be paid at the time of booking.

● Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.

● 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 10 days of departure date.

● 100% payment is to be made for international packages before 30 days of departure date.

● In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

● From the Date of booking cancellation of INR 4,000 per person applicable till 30 days before the travel date

● From 21 to 30 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.

● Less than 21 days - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

● No show - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

● In case of Non Refundable booking, the same shall be advised at the time of processing booking.

If Due to RT-PCR( Covid report) being positive cancellation Or Lockdown the charges of Airlines will apply as per their policy and we will share the Covid report with the Resort enabling us to reschedule your travel in the future dates. The time frame given by the resort will be shared with you once we receive an update from resort reservations.

The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of Respective Hotels & Airlines
